What a fantastic start to the year for THE G STARS! Hello to our newbies and welcome back to our established members!

There's now 3 venues that house our G STARS classes in Poole and Bournemouth and numbers are going from strength to strength. With classes ranging from age 5 to 18 years old, it's been great to meet new people and to start working on vocal groups and harmonies with the older group. We're only 4 weeks in to our Winter term, yet already confidence levels have massively increased since the start of term and pupils are now taking on solo lines and loving it!

There's been a high demand for G STARS tshirts and hoodies from my classes so these will hopefully available to purchase before Easter - although they are definitely NOT compulsory! If you'd like to find out more about this or joining a G STARS class near you, then please get in touch now.

The G STARS are delighted to announce that new classes start in January 2012 for the Bournemouth and Broadstone areas!

After a massive interest and demand, these classes will be for 8 - 18 year olds and split into two age ranges for each area. These classes will focus on vocal harmony and arrangement of working within a group and give individuals the opportunity to shine if they love to sing! Our first week at Upton Community Centre saw in excess of 30 children join for my class and the feedback so far from both the kids and their parents has been excellent! With children coming from all over the county and 6 schools and counting, the children were soon chatting with one another and making new friends who I'm sure they're looking forward to seeing this week!

All the children joined in the dance warm ups which was then followed by a simple dance routine to Jessie J's "Price Tag". From what I've heard back from parents so far, their children haven't stopped performing these at home all week!
